Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who did not have any premedication prior to one week , who come with pain in mandibular first molar and second molar are included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who had a history of premedication prior to 1 week ,non vital pulp, calcified canals
