Inclusion criteria: 1. Willingness to participate in a study 2. Age- from 25- 50 Years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent acute illness (within 30 days) 2.Physically challenged person 3.On steroids or medications to reduce/ increase weight, receiving diuretics. . 4.Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus 5.Chronic Smoker, alcoholic 6.Chronic Renal Failure 7.Endocrinal Disorders (including thyroid diseases) 8.h/o Bariatric Surgery 9.Untreated Tuberculosis 10.Known Immune compromised Host 11.mental illness
