Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Randomly selected healthy volunteers. Age group between 31 to 60 years of either gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 31 and above 60 years. Any pre-diagnosed congenital or psychological disordered person.

Vata Prakriti individuals are more vulnerable to the changes. So, they are more prone for self-perception of pre-mature ageing. Timepoint: 4 weeks
