Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients with clinical features of varicose veins. 2. age group of 18-70 years irrespective of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. presence of any tumor as a cause of varicose veins. 2. avalvulia or other congenital disorders 3. blood clotting disorders. 4. patients on prolonged anti-coagulant drugs. 5. patients willing for leech therapy. 6. children less than 18 or elderly above 70 years. 7.Patients having history /suffering from TB, uncontrolled HTN, severe anemia ,obese patients, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, psychiatric patients, carcinoma, immuno-compromised (HIV and HbsAg positive cases). patients having history/ suffering from TB, uncontrolled HTN, severe anemia, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, psychiatric patients, carcinoma, immuno-compromised.
