Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Institutionalized females with mild to moderate depression (MADRS score between 7-34)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any other psychiatric disorder (Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorder etc), Patients with Hearing impairment, Patients with untreated active ear infection, Pregnant females

MeasureTime frame
Montgomery-Ã?sberg Depression Rating Scale (MADRS)Timepoint: 1st will be taken after recruiting the patients to the study before starting the TL sessions. 2nd will be taken after the completion of the 8 weeks TL sessions
