Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Athletes having knee extension angle more than or equal to 30 degree Experience in sport: at least 1 year No hamstring injury since 6 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal injury of lower limb since 2 years. History of neurological injury. Fracture history of lower limb. Non cooperative Athletes
