Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients must be aged above 18 2. Patients willing to participate in the study 3. Immunologic higher risks (PRA > 20%, HLA mismatches >= 1). 4. Cross match negative

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not provide consent for the study 2. Age group 3. Non-renal allograft patients 4. No Urine output
