Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Males and females experiencing auditory hallucinations - Medication resistance relating to auditory verbal hallucinations (no response after 2 antipsychotics trials lasting at least 4 weeks each with a minimum of 400mg chlorpromazine equivalent)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Any change in antipsychotic medication within the past 2 months - Meeting criteria for Substance use disorder within the last 12 months - Currently experiencing affective symptoms - Active violent or suicidal tendencies - Neurological disorder or unstable and serious physical illness - Hearing impairment - Developed musical abilities (regular practice of singing/ playing an instrument) - Cognitive behavioral therapy for psychosis within the last 12 months - Received Transcranial direct-current stimulation or Electroconvulsive therapy in the last 3 months.
