Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults between the age group of 18-35 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any congenital or acquired deformity of the spine. 2.Any past spine or abdominal surgery. 3.Any history of trauma to the spine or abdomen. 4.Any infection of the spine or abdomen. 5.Any neurological pathology. 6.Pregnant females.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Lumbar curvature using flexicurve. 2.Transverse Abdominal strength using pressure biofeedback unit.Timepoint: Outcome measure will be taken once in 1 year of research study.
