Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal adults between the age group of 30 years to 50 years, both male and females.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Any type of neurological, systemic or peripheral pathological disease 2- Any history of musculoskeletal injury 3- Any lower limb surgery 4- Pregnancy
