Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathologically proven diagnosis of NSCLC Age more than or equal to 18 years Karnofsky Performance status more than 70

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prior radiosurgery, whole brain radiotherapy, or cranial radiotherapy Previous surgical resection of brain metastasis (biopsy is allowed)

To compare neurocognitive function as measured by neurocognitive decline on a Hopkins Verbal Learning Test-Revised (HVLT-R) for Total Recall, delayed recall and delayed recognition from baseline to 3 monthsTimepoint: 3 months

1. To compare neurocognitive function using different neurocognitive battery tests from baseline to 3,6, 9 and 12 monthsTimepoint: 3,6, 9 ad 12 months
