Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients requiring temporary parent vessel occlusion, during surgical clipping of ruptured intracranial aneurysm of anterior circulation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Previous intracranial or spinal surgery b) Previous stroke or coronary event

a) Difference of incidence of new onset neurological deficit within 24 hours postoperatively, between the groupsTimepoint: Within 24 hours after surgery
