Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years 2. Patients of both sexes 3. Signed written informed consent to participate 4. Gout identified diagnosed as per the American College of Rheumatology (ACR)â??European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) Gout classification criteria. A score of >=8 classifies a subject as having gout and will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary gout. 2. Severe or advanced cases requiring surgical procedures or orthopedic corrections. 3. Diagnosed cases of unstable psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled systemic disease affecting quality of life. 4. Received any medication for gout within 4 weeks. 5. Self-reported immune-compromised state. 6. Pregnant and lactating women 7. Substance abuse and/or dependence
