Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are able to maintain good oral hygiene with good systemic health, patients having clinical and radiographic evidence of GradeII furcation defects involving maxillary and mandibular molars, Patients not under antibiotics or any other medications affecting periodontium in last 6 months with no history of periodontal therapy in past 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating mothers, patients with history of tobacco consumption. Patients not willing to give consent.
