Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Operators working in Mancozeb plant and Operators in non Chemical site

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking medicine, such as Corticosteroids, Levodopa, Heparin, Dopamine, Lithium, Methimazole and Propylthiouracil. Having had a recent X-ray with iodine dye or test using radioactive materials. Having severe stress or a long-term (chronic) illness. Not willing to give valid consent Pregnant females Any surgery on thyroid.

MeasureTime frame
1. The Occurrence of Thyroid dysfunction amongst those exposed and not exposed to Mancozeb will calculated. 2. Duration of exposure to Mancozeb will be correlated with Thyroid function. Analysis will also be done using stratification of the workers based on their age and duration of exposure to Mancozeb. 3. Socio Demographic profile and effect of exposure to Mancozeb will be analyzed. 4. Any other health effects of exposure to Mancozeb will be analyzed. Timepoint: after 2-3month of start of trial—
