Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 years and above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a diagnosis of any schizophrenia spectrum disorder after the diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder. 2. Patients with mental disorders of organic origin 3. Patients with any condition that in the opinion of the investigator makes the patient unsuitable for inclusion based on clinical judgment

1) Demographic and clinical profile 2) Lifestyle habits 3) Clinical profile 4) Family history of psychiatric illness 5)Number and percentage of patients with comorbidities associated with BPD. 6) Treatment patterns 7)Compliance to treatment regimen 8)To assess the change in treatment patterns of BD over the course of programTimepoint: All assessments will be performed during patients routine visits to psychiatrist which will be considered follow up visit.
