Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with permanent atrial fibrillation due to any cause

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Contraindications for Yoga training, b) Life expectancy less than 1 year, c) Patients with NYHA class 3 and 4 breathlessness and EHRA class 3 and 4 palpitations. d) Left ventricular ejection fraction less than 30% e) Patients who practiced any form of Yoga in the preceding 6 months

Improvement in dyspnoea class (NYHA), palpitations class (mEHRA), heart rate at rest and after 6MWT, 6MWD, QoL (SF 36 questionnaire), decreased number of hospitalizations for AF, improved medication adherence, decrease in LA volume index and improvement in LVEF (by Echocardiography).Timepoint: 3 months
