Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients admitted and diagnosed with Emphysematous Pyelonephritis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No radiological evidence (CT scan) of gas accumulation in the collecting system, renal parenchyma, or perinephric or pararenal space. 2. A fistula between the urinary tract and bowel.
