Intervention1: Asanadi GhanaVati: 4 Tab three times after meal a day. Intervention2: Asanadi Ghanvati: 4 tab of 500mg TDS Intervention3: Asanadi Ghanvati: 4 tab 500mg each tds 3month duration Control

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age between 30 years to 60 years. 2.For newly diagnosed Patients FBS >= 126 mg/dl and PP2BS >= 200 mg and above. 3.For known case of DM Type2 (FBS/PP2BS >= 140 any of type) upper limit for Blood sugar 4.BMI >25 Kg/m2 5.Patients willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age less than 30 years and more than 60 years. 2.FBS/PP2BS > 300mg/dl (any). Patients receiving insulin, secondary DM,gestational DM, pregnant women, lactating mother. 3.BMI 4.Patients who do not wish to participate in the study 5.Patients with Diabetic complications
