Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1] Grade 0-2 Knee OA ( Kellgren and Lawrence system for classification of osteoarthritis of knee)[13] with pain as a chief complain. 2] Patients doesn’t show radiographic evidence of knee OA but having Symptomatic knee osteoarthritis (ACR Clinical Classification Criteria for Osteoarthritis of the knee: Using history and physical examination)[14] 3] Patients meeting above criteria without exposure to any pharmacological intervention in last 15 days from the day of initial assessment for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1] Severe knee OA (Grade 3-4) 2] Any other form of Arthritis 3] Known cases of major illnesses like Tuberculosis, AIDS, Cancer
