Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group : 25-50 yrs. Working at least 8 hrs per day since last 5 yrs. Not taking any kind of medication Both male and female Normal BMI Non smokers and non tobacco chewers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncooperative patients With any respiratory or cardiac disease Rib or spine fracture Any chest or neck deformity or contracture Any abdominal surgery within last 6 months
