Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having signs and symptoms of sandhigatav vata affecting janu. 2.All economic strata and prakruti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis 2.Uncontrolled Hypertension 3.Diseases like paralysis,parkinsons disease,severe anaemia,cancer. 4.secondary osteoarthritis due to tuberculosis,AIDS.
