Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Addrenbrooke cognitive examination 2. Individual who are not on any exercise regime past 6 month. 3. Individual who can understand, read and speak English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual with known brain disorder or affection like stroke, head injury, Alzheimer, Dementia, Parkinsonism 2. Unstable Cardiac & respiratory condition like unstable angina, known IHD, Asthma 3. Condition in which patient is not advised exercise like recent injuries, fracture, surgeries ïÆ?Ë?Patient on known CNS drug affecting cognition
