Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the patients undergoing elective abdominal hysterectomy 2. ASA grade 1 & 2. 3. Age between 30 and 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Documented allergies to any drugs, especially local anesthetics. 2. ASA grade 3 & 4 3. Morbid obesity 4. Raynaudâ??s disease, 5. Hepatorenal insufficiency 6. Those receiving adrenoceptor agonists or antagonists or narcotics before the operation 7. Age less than 30 years and more than 60 years.
