Inclusion criteria: -Male Patients aged >18 yrs -Patients diagnosed to have Testicular Germ Cell Carcinoma histologically/elevated tumor markers (β HCG or AFP)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient unwilling to give Informed Consent. -Patients with a psychiatric condition.

Primary To assess the factors associated with delayed presentation (primary and secondary delay) to tertiary care centre i.e TMH, among patients of testicular GCT.Timepoint: 2 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess the stage at presentation at GP, Hospital and TMH, among the patients of Testicular Germ Cell Tumors presenting at TMH. 2. To assess symptoms that impelled patients to visit GP, hospital and TMH. 3. To assess pattern of medical help seeking behaviour. 4. To assess risk factors for delay in treatment planning for patients of testicular GCT, at TMH. 5. To assess interpretation of patientsâ?? presenting complaints/symptoms by physicians at primary or secondary healthcare centres. Timepoint: 2 years
