Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with laxana of parinama shola viz. pain during digestion of food along with admana, daha, hrillasa, atopa, amlodgara hunger pain or night pain in the epigastric region endoscopy showing ulcer in duodenum forrest classification-type-3:lesion without bleeding,flat spot,clean base.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with gastric ulcer,gastritis,duodenitis,pancreatic disease,gb disease,pyloric stenosis,urinary calculus,malignancy,oesophageal pathology,other condition of acute abdominal colic and other systemic disease. patients with complications of duodenal ulcer like haemorrhage, perforation,malignancy pregnancy and lactation post surgical and recurrent duodenal ulcer
