Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both healthy volunteers as well as patients affected with middle cerebral artery occlusion induced stroke (early and later stroke rehabilitation individuals)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Group 1: Healthy volunteers - subjects with any preexisting illness specifically even a minor respiratory or neurological illness. Group 2: Stroke patients-with other co-morbidities and vital parameters are NOT stable. Group 3: patients with irregular medications and rehabilitation with other co morbidities

MeasureTime frame
a) Temporal nasal kinetics of both right and left nostril like flow rate, single breath flow volume (inspiratory & expiratory) and minute volume will be recorded from normal subjects (of age 40-60 years) to establish the baseline data for reference.Timepoint: One time data collection
