Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient admitted with the diagnosis of Heart Failure and with reduced ejection fraction ( 2.Patients with age group of 30-60 years of either age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome, Unstable angina, Myocarditis, Uncorrected Valvular Disease. 2) Patients with impaired hearing and vision. 3) Patients not able to ambulate. 4) Patients not Willing to give the consent. 4) Patients not Willing to give the consent. 4) Patients with Patient Health Questionnaire - 9 , Score > or equal to 4. 5) Patients not willing to give consent.

1.Six Minute walk distance to assess the functional capacity. 2.WHO BREF Health Related Quality of Life Questionnaire- to assess the quality of life.Timepoint: 6 weeks
