Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with vaginal delivery with episiotomy will be selected Patient of any parity will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Perineal tear Blood coagulopathy Severe vulval edema due to preeclampsia Immunocompromised patient Patient with fever local sepsis and systemic disease Dm Systemic disease like HTN Fungal infection
