Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All gender subjects within the age group of 20-45 years. 2. Craniovertebral angle 3. Index of kyphosis >=813,24 4. Subjects with nonspecific neck pain 5. Subjects willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of red flags for mobilization: i) spinal fracture ii) infection of spine iii) tumor iv) osteoporosis v) cervical radiculopathy/myelopathy vi) Thoracic or cervical surgery vii) history of whiplash 2. History of vertigo 3. Vertibrobasilar insufficiency 4. Diagnosed cases of Fibromyalgia 5. Diagnosed cases of shoulder, elbow or wrist pathology 6. Fixed deformity of the spine
