Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All consecutive patients requiring open reduction surgeries from orthopedic ward 2)All patients giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients unwilling for giving their consent 2)Patients aged 65year 3)Patients having hematological diseases (Thromboembolic events, hemoglobinopathy, coagulopathy 4)Patients having renal failure. 5)Pregnant and lactating women, patients with underlying co-morbid conditions 6)Patients having disturbances of colour vision
