Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult Patients posted for elective robotic pelvic surgeries of either sex ASA 1 & 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent respiratory infection Neuromuscular disorders Genetic disorders

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.To compare the difference in peak airway pressure between the groups at ( T3) 30 minutes after pneumo insufflation since inductionTimepoint: T3 is the time 30 minutes after pneumo insufflation and positioning

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the difference in ventilator parameters ( tidal volume, respiratory rate, dynamic compliance) between the groups at different time intervals To compare the difference in respiratory parameters (end tidal carbon dioxide,oxygen saturation) between the groups. To compare the difference in hemodynamic parameters (heart rate, mean arterial pressures) between the groups Timepoint: T0 is 5 minutes after intubation T1 is 10 minutes after induction & intubation in supine position. T2 is the time 15 minutes after positioning & pneumo insufflation. T3 is the time 30 minutes after pneumo insufflation T4 is the time 60 minutes after pneumo insufflation T5 is the time 10 minutes after bringing to supine positon & desufflation
