Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Radiologically and clinically diagnosed Open Tibial fractures. 2. Age group- 18 and above. 3. Consent to participate in the study 4. Patient medically fit for surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gustilo Anderson Grade I and IIIC Compound Fractures 2. Fractures with features suggestive of compartment syndrome. 3. Fractures needing vascular repair. 4. Refusal to provide informed consent 5. Patients below 18 years.
