Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having signs and symptoms of axial myopia 2.Patients between the age group of 7 to 20 years 3.Patients with refractive error up to 5 Diopter

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other forms of Refractive errors and their complications. 2.Patients having other ocular disease. 3.Those who are contraindicated for Tarpana.

Decrease in A-P diameter of eyeball & Improvement of visionTimepoint: Improvement in the vision along with the decrease in A-P diameter after 7 days of akshi tarpana and 60 days of follow up

Improvement of vision along with reduction of asthenopic symptoms and decrease in Ap diameter of eye ball.Timepoint: after 60 days
