Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)All the residents undergoing Anaesthesiology training for either the M.D. or D.A. course. 2) All the Anaesthesia theatre in-charges, including 6 Professors, 6 Additional Professors and 6 Associate Professors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any residents or faculty refusing to participate.
