Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Women with natural menopause 2 Women with postmenopausal phase upto 2 year 3 Age 40-55 year 4 Menopause Rating Scale Score 22-33 5 Mini- Mental state Examination Score

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Women with Premature menopause 2 Women with surgical menopause 3 Women who is taking any type of HRT 4 Women with existing CNS disease 5 any disease which is contraindicated to aerobic exercise
