Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Sampling criteria for the Phase I: Pre university colleges with more than or equal to 60 students from both urban and rural areas. Adolescent between the age group of 16-18 years, studying in first year PUC. The students studying in all the streams. Those who are willing to take part in the study. Available during the time of data collection Sampling criteria for the Phase II: Colleges identified with adolescents having higher percentage (minimum10% prevalence of health risk behavior) of health risk behavior

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents who have problem with the communication and cognition. Adolescents with congenital disorders
