Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS PROVIDING VALID CONSENT, ASA 1 AND 2, MPG- 1,2,3,4 BOTH EMERGENCY AND NON EMERGENCY SURGERIES

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS NOT PROVIDING CONSENT CL GRADE > 2 ASA 3 AND 4
