Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects between age group: 8-23 years Minimum dancing experience of 2 years Practicing dance regularly for at least 1 hour for 6 days a week. Hamstring tightness value: -15 to 0 from Sit and Reach test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of recent surgery of LL. Dancers who are professionally included in any outdoor sports like football, badminton, judo etc. were excluded in order to restrain from error. Dancers who had recent ankle soft tissue injuries.
