Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 20- 50 years 2. Presence of non specific low back pain (3months to 1year) 3. Restricted lumbar range of motion 4. Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of any trauma or injury of the spinal structure since last 1year 2. Presence of spinal tumour 3. Presence of neurological conditions (stroke, lumbar radiculopathy, PIVD, spinal cord injury) 4. Subjects on analgesics 5. pregnancy
