Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recent and chronic diagnosed case of primary insomnia. Patients of both gender, irrespective of socio-economic status. Patients with mild hypertension. Patients ready to sign informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insomnia due to substance abuse. Insomnia due to trauma Physiological conditions like pregnancy, lactation and puerperal stage.
