Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate. Able to understand and response in Hindi and English. Patients admitted in selected wards. Literate patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic ill patients. Mentally ill patients. Burn patients.
