Inclusion criteria: Perianal abscess

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic disorders diabetes mellitus, hypertension, pulmonary tuberculosis 2.Skin diseases. 3.HIV, HBsAg, VDRL 4.History of impaired wound healing.
