Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Speed Skaters Age Between 10 To 14 Years. Both male and female Exposure of at Least 2 Years speed skating

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other Than speed Skaters Uncooperative Subjects Recent Injuries
