Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Parents of hospitalized preterm neonates admitted at neonatal units of PGIMER, Chandigarh and who are willing to participate and are able to understand Hindi /English /Punjabi. 2.Health care professionals working in neonatal units of PGIMER,CHANDIGARH and who are able to understand Hindi /English /Punjabi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents of preterm who were referred to units other than Neonatal units within 5days of admission.
