Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group adults ( >18 years) 2. Radiologically diagnosed both bone forearm fractures 3. Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Open fractures 2. Both bone fracture with compartment syndrome needing fasciotomy 3. Both bone fracture needing vascular repair 4. Refusal to provide informed consent Informed Consent :

Preoperative assessment evaluating the age group affected type of fracture, the mechanism of injury and associated neurovascular injuries in both bone fractures of forearm in adults.
