Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Who are Medically stable 2.In Chronic phase ( >6 months duration) 3.With Mini mental scale score more than 24 4.Who can stand independently without upper limb support for >30 sec and able to walk, without a walking aid, for a minimum of 10 meters 5.With the ChedokeMcMaster Stroke Assessment (CMSA) grade 3 or more for lower extremity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)with clinical manifestations of other neurological or musculoskeletal conditions (2)Fixed deformities of the lower limbs (3) health conditions in which physical exercises is contra-indicated (4)behavioral problems interfering with compliance to the study protocol.

A.Clinical assessment 1.Mini Balance Evaluation Systems test (miniBESTest) B.Assessment on a long force plate, 1.Quite stance: symmetry 2.Gait parameters â?¢Stride length â?¢Step length â?¢Velocity â?¢Cadence 3.Step/quick turn â?¢Turn time difference â?¢Turn sway difference Timepoint: BASELINE - 0 Weeks POST TREATMENT -4 weeks outcome measures will be assessed post four weeks of intervention.
