Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: any surgeries that requires general anaesthesia and lasting for less than 2 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: asthmatic any respiratory tract disease anticipated difficult airway allergies to local anaesthesia
