Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed as a case of Primary knee osteoarthritis Unilateral knee joint involvement Radiographic evidence of Grade II or III of Kellgren and Lawrence criteria for knee osteoarthritis Age 40 to 65 Year Both Gender Patients who are able to perform the exercises Patients who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary osteoarthritis Knee pain attributable to a cause other than primary osteoarthritis Pain or any other pathology in the lower back hips or ankles Any contraindication for exercise
