Intervention1: Imaginary resistance exercise: Handgrip exercise with imagination of resistance in hand by getting feedback in VR Box. 5 different type of resistance will be imagine by participant. 1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Normal healthy individual - Age 18-35 years - Male and Female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Person involve in sports which require upper limb activity - Fitness and gym trainee - Person with upper limb soft tissue injuries i.e. Tennis Elbow, Golferâ??s Elbow. - Person who require rehabilitative strength training - Person who involve in occupation which require weight lifting
